Baggage Policy
For security reasons, coin lockers around Nagaoka Station will not be available on these two days. The fireworks venue will be extremely crowded, so it is recommended to minimize your luggage or leave it at your accommodation.While you can bring baggage into the fireworks venue, space may be limited, so please keep it to the size of a backpack. -
Travel to the Fireworks
Venue
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue (including electronic cigarettes).Alcohol consumption is permitted, but please drink responsibly.Photography is only allowed from your own seat. Please remain seated at all times during the fireworks display. Camera tripods may only be used at seat height with the consent of those around you.Remote control helicopters, drones, and other small unmanned aircraft are prohibited.The venue will be dark, so it is convenient to have something to illuminate your feet and hands.Please do not leave trash at your seat; dispose of it in designated trash cans. -
During Fireworks Viewing
You will be provided with a map to the venue, please make your own way there.If you get lost, please ask the fireworks festival staff for assistance.Please present your ticket upon entering the venue. Please note that admission will not be granted without a ticket. -
Other Important Notes (Pets,
Strollers, Weather, etc.)
Pets are not allowed inside the venue (excluding service animals).Strollers are allowed but must be folded and stored within the viewing area.The event will proceed in light rain, but may be postponed or canceled in case of severe weather (strong winds, thunderstorms, etc.).Traffic regulations will be in effect around the venue, so please use public transportation. -

About Postponement/Cancellation of the Fireworks Festival
The Grand Fireworks Display will proceed in light rain, but may be postponed or canceled if the launch site is flooded or due to strong winds.
In case of Postponement
August 2 (Sun) will be postponed to August 16 (Sun), and August 3 (Mon) to August
17
(Mon), with tickets remaining valid.
*Refunds due to customer convenience for
postponement are not possible.
In case of Cancellation
A refund of up to 50% of the ticket price (excluding various fees) will be issued.*No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled midway.
